Specialty in meats. The grilled ears are delicious. Their burgers, offered in the evenings except on weekends, are delicious.

It is a bar that we know from Don Benito, but on this occasion we have gone to Villanueva de la Serena. Note that the bar is larger than Don Benito's and therefore it is easier to find a place without having to make a reservation. The restaurant's star dish is the pork mask or the grilled pestorejo, and that's what we ate, half a portion of pestorejo with fries. It is a high-calorie dish, so it is not for every day, but it is very good and they know what they are doing.With the drinks they put a tapa, normally the first one from the pestojo itself.The half portion cost us 8.

Well located and with parking areas nearby, this place offers a large assortment of grilled meats, one of the few in the region that still lights charcoal in their kitchens to give that smoky touch to the Iberian products.Good meats, good prices and good service.Highlighting the grilled pestorejo has earned great recognition in the city among lovers of good meat.

Today we ate at La Careta Villanueva, before we had been at La Don Benito, everything was very good, especially the blood sausage, very good.

The meat is spectacular. You eat very well at a reasonable price. The service is also perfect, even though we went on the Constitution Bridge and the place was packed.We liked the torreznos a lot
